Please be patient when calling during business hours. We are frequently on
the phone, due to high call volume. If you get voice mail during our normal
business hours, please either leave a message, or wait a while and give us a
call back.
After Hours Instructions
All new email & phone inquiries are responded to the same day they are received or on the next business day if
the inquiry is received after hours.
Please understand that we receive a lot of calls and emails and we do our
very best to get back to each inquiry on the same day. It may be be a little
longer during high season periods.
Existing customers: If you have an
emergency related to an existing reservation, refer to your confirmation letter
for emergency numbers to the resort or hotel you are staying at.
As a general rule, the resort or hotel should be your first call if you are
running late for check in, or if you need help with directions to the resort or
hotel etc. A confirmation letter is not mandatory to check in once we tell
you you are confirmed. If you have your confirmation number and can get to
the resort or hotel, go there.
Even if you don't have the letter or confirmation number due to losing it or
not receiving it during a last minute reservation, go to the resort or hotel,
they have the info in their system 99.9% of the time.
If you have a different type of emergency, such as not being able to show up
at all to check in, or if you need to cancel your reservation, leave us a message and we will contact you . We check our messages
regularly.
